Annette Schwolen Flümann was born in 1957 in Bonn-Duisdorf. Her political career started 1994, as member of the CDU (Christlich Demokratische Union Deutschlands). Since 2002 she is mayor of the district Bad Godesberg in Bonn, Germany.
In addition to her function, she holds numerous memberships in several boards, as for example the main committee and of the citizens committee. Furthermore she stands up for children and young people as a member of Youth Services Committee as well as an alternate member of child and youth services subcommittee.

He is also an alumni member of the Center for Digital Technology and Management (CDTM) in Munich. He has lived and worked in Tokyo, Bangalore, Tehran, Munich and Los Angeles in various areas relating to information and technology management and entrepreneurship. Mr. Ziaie has also published several papers in the fields of artificial intelligence, IT benchmarking, social media, online communities and ICT industry in developing countries. He currently works as management consultant at Iran’s Telecommunication Research Center (ITRC).
